At Saia, we're taking accountability to the "xtreme"! Via Saia Secure, customers will be able to access weekly and monthly compliance reporting that will help keep track of MABD shipments. For example, a "Delivery Before Exception" (DBE) report will provide shippers with confirmation that the 90% shipment count requirement was met. Customers can also see what their window delivery on-time percentage is.
